I have a solid experience of the work with environmental audits and up to date expertise regarding environmental laws and agreements on international-, EU-, national-, communal as well as local level within the organization. I make the audits in Swedish and in English, written and orally, due to the needs of the organization. During the work with the internal environmental audits I go through all parts of the audits for smaller and bigger organizations, which are as follows:
- Strategy and Organisation of the Time-Plan for Audit/s in the Organisation
- Interviews in Meeting-shape and e-mail shape
- Location Control
- Sample Controls within the Organisation
- Read through of Documentation and Internal Requirements
- Analysis of the Information of the Organisation and Test Against the Legislative Compliance.
- Identify Deviations
- Identify and Suggest Improvements
- Write and complete an Internal Environemental Audits Report due to law- and regulation requirements that contains facts about the internal audit, comments and conclusion, recommendations for improvement as well as a list of the deviations together with law-and regulations information.
- Information meeting with the leaders of the organization for presentation and explanation of the result of the environmental audits report as well as advisory direction regarding deviation handling and the environmental work with the audits result in a overall view.
- Information meeting with the audited part of the organization for presentation and explanation of the result of the audit report, as well as advisory direction regarding deviation handling on local level within the specific part of the organization as a support for the continuous environmental work.
