With many years of experience, in a broad sense, of the different parts of environmental work in bigger and smaller organizations I can offer both a broad and holistic, as well as a more deep and detail specific, support for your organization. I meet the organization completely based on the need for support within your organization today concerning environmental care and I have a very good experience and talent to quickly understand an organizations structure and vision. The experience of the project leader role is profound and I work quickly and structured both in team work and individually, have a very good ability to lead teams in the work in addition.
With a solid Up-to-date knowledge regarding environmental laws and regulations on an international-, EU-, national- as well as communal- and local level within the organization, and concerning different sorts of environment quality management systems as ISO14015 and EMAS, I will be able to support your organization in the direction that is legally desirable. I work quickly, structured, holistic, and responsive and communicatively toward organizations and wish in my work to create support for organizations to have a holistic ability to comply law-, directive- and regulation requirements. At the same time I wish to support organizations on a communicative level so that both internal and external collaborators with ease can notice the environmental engagements of the organization.
The red thread through my work is to inspire to an environmentally conscious behavior amongst the coworkers and I do that through full responsiveness for all the coworkers within all different fields of expertise within the organization, working with knowledge- and point of view- retrieval from the coworkers and from there going further in the work. As my view clearly is that it is the coworkers in an organization who makes the organization and therefore holistically works from that idea, it is also the coworker’s engagement and interests who are guiding in the inspirational work, along with the organizations view and visions for the future. I work holistically, innovative with new ideas for the specific organizations potential and have a visionary eye at the same time as I work strategically, analytically, detailed and in depth with the build-up and/or continuation of all parts of the organizations environmental work.
